Dear all,
I am trying to find a website which details the current listed price of a property together with information on how long it has been on the market and previous price changes. Anybody know of any good ones? I remember looking at a excellent one about 9 months ago but can't remember the website address!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
JoshTry a subscription to RP Data or Aust Property Monitors.

JoshTry for Australia … http://www.refindhouseprices.com Lists the property … how long its been on the market (with the current agent) and any price discounts (in % terms as well !) … very handy for making value judgements on the area.
Thanks you two!
xdrew thats the website I was looking for!
Thanks!
Joshhttp://www.pricefinder.com.au may also help what your looking for.
I've used this website before: http://www.sqmresearch.com.au/ .
It costs you about $50 for a full suburb report, but it was well worth it for our purchase. The suburb report shows all price changes and when the advertised price changed.
Hi Folks,
The refindhouses.com.au site listed in xdrew's post is excellent. I had no idea thes ewere around so thanx very much for the info.Really, really, useful stuff.
regards
Andy
Hi all,
I have recently found a really good website for property reports – saleprices.com.au
I think its $9 for a property report – much cheaper than RPData
