    Dear all,

I am trying to find a website which details the current listed price of a property together with information on how long it has been on the market and previous price changes.  Anybody know of any good ones?  I remember looking at a excellent one about 9 months ago but can't remember the website address!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks
    Josh

Try a subscription to RP Data or Aust Property Monitors.

Try for Australia … http://www.refindhouseprices.com   Lists the property … how long its been on the market (with the current agent) and any price discounts (in % terms as well !) … very handy for making value judgements on the area.

    I've used this website before: http://www.sqmresearch.com.au/ .

It costs you about $50 for a full suburb report, but it was well worth it for our purchase. The suburb report shows all price changes and when the advertised price changed.

    Hi all,

I have recently found a really good website for property reports – saleprices.com.au
I think its $9 for a property report – much cheaper than RPData
