    Hi Everyone , just wondering if you guys could give me some advice please , I am interested in purchasing a property in St Kilda , it is an apartment , and I plan on getting a building inspection , does the standard building inpsector check the actual structure of the property or do I need to get a special type of building inspector to do this?
    any info would be great , thanks

    your solicitors/Conveyancer review of the strata search will probably identify more issues if they exist beyond your 4 walls.
