    Hi guys

    Just want to get your opinions on the investment property in Wolli Creek, NSW.

    A lot of apts have been built up in the recent few years…and the price is rocketing…

    Would you buy 2/2/1 there over $500k? $550k? (to say, 5-7 yr old apts)

    You'd have to wonder whether this will create an oversupply problem.  That is, your inability to get tenants, or resell quickly for a fair price, if you are competing with heaps of other similar apartments…

    The word ‘creek’ doesn’t conjure up the same grandeur as ‘rhodes’, unless it’s Beaver Creek.

    I don’t even feel safe in that area at night. really poor lighting, no character.
