ACT – 49%      (51 Auctions Reported)
NSW -53.9%   (672 Auctions Reported)
NT    – 7.2%    (14 Auctions Reported)
QLD – 20.5% (200 Auctions Reported)
SA    – 45%     (80 Auctions Reported)
TAS – 37.5%   (16 Auctions Reported)
VIC – 62%      (863 Auctions Reported)
WA – 26.3% (19 Auctions Reported)

Wow, those QLD figures seem low (for 200 auctions as well).

Hi Jamie,
I suspect the low result for Queensland is due to flooding and continuing bad weather. Hopefully, for our Queenslander friends, blue sky is coming soon.
