How much or what percentage of the net annual lease does Commercial property managers charge to manage a commercial property ? What does the management intail?
Which city? What type of property? How many tenants? Lease profile? What is the scope ie collect rent, pay outgoings, handle facilities management, create/implement asset plan etc?

Property in Adelaide, 3 commercial tenants,commen parking area and garden area, Management involve monitoring that rent is paid, Distribute invoices for outgoings , general tenant inquiries.
I was just looking for a rule of thumb percentage of the net lease that property managers charge .Cheers
CMNot too sure about PM rates in Adelaide but decent Sydney based managers are charging 4-6%+ gst but it does depend on the building, expiry profile etc. (PM me for more info)
