IP in Tamworth

Hi

I am flying up to Tamworth on the weekend to have a look around and i want people’s opinions on Units vs Homes, you can pick up a 2 bed unit for $150,000 and a 3 bed house for $220,000

My question is about capital growth, which will grow faster?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
