    Hi

    I've heard people talk about buying a vacant lot in a new estate (display village) and leasing it back to the developers.

    Can anyone tell me anything about this,  Pro's and Con's?

    I am talking about buying vacant land (lot) in a new housing estate. them when they open sales office and build display village they normally have a couple of lots they use as a car park for people who visit the sales office or display homes
