    We are looking for an IP right on the coast. The idea is that in say 10 years we may use it as a place to retire to. What are the better areas of Coffs? We are also happy to look anywhere between Forster and Coffs so any other ideas for houses between $250K and $600K and within 1km of the beach would be great.

    Should be a wide range of properties in that bracket.

    Look @ Valla, Woolgoolga & a few spots further inland.
