Hi all,
I'm seriously looking to buy in Newnham area (closer to the Alanvale Road) in Launceston for investment property. The property is built in 1970s but has full interior rebuilt and the asking price is around 285k. (Land size 607m2)
What do other people think about Newnham area? I got mix messages, some said it's a good area some said not. I knew the suburb is bordering with Rochlea (commissioning low-socio economy area) but the house is on the other side.
Any locals/experienced investors who know best?
