    It's been a flat three months (Nov 10 – Jan 11)

    Only two capitals have recorded gains. Brisbane has definitely been impacted with the negative sentiment from floods and cyclones, though it looks to me like the previous RBA rate rise and extra serve on top from the major lenders has been the main stopping influence on the market.
