    Hi everyone,

    I’m looking at purchasing my first regional property in Victoria, either Bendigo or Ballarat.

    I want to hear from investors who have purchased in these areas regarding their experiences and performance. Have you been satisfied? What would you do differently?

    I am looking at purchasing something under $250K that is close to the train stations.

    What would be the reasons why you would and wouldn’t want to buy in these towns? Do the positives offset the negatives?
