Hi, I will need a handover specialist for a 2 br newly constructed unit in 3-4 weeks for an IP in northern Brisbane. I am in Melbourne. Can anyone recommend a company to preform this.
I have been told, the real estate agent that may handle the rental may undertake this for small fee (to win rental). Not sure if real estate agents are qualified . Eventhough it is a very small newly constructed unit, I have already inspected one month ago.
Any thoughts appreciated.
