    Hello All

    I have recently been elected the chairman of the starta board for my PPOR.

    Anyway, without going into details, there has been a few members of the executive asking questions around should we be looking at appointing a new managing agent.

    Does anybody have experience on the Central Coast with Strata agents, and care to make a recommendation either for or against a managing agent ??

    Hi Matt

    There is not alot of Strata managers that are located in the Central Coast. I have found alot of body corporates would use a strata company in Sydney to look after the complex.

    Likewise, I would recommend north shore based companies like Strata Partners in Willoughby or Strata Choice/Linders in North Sydney.
