First I would like to say hello and a good day to all our brothers Down Under and others everywhere.
Have already discovered many things I did not know from PI.C.
I would like to know if there is a forum here at PI.C (or another site) that I can cross check how concepts discussed here comply with laws in US.(Maryland).
I know that the local municipality in which property is domiciled is a final source, but I just thought I would ask about alternative sources that you all may have found helpful.
There are plenty of sites here in US regarding Real Estate but most are selling books or “Special Get Rich Quick” Schemes for Big Fees.Gooday!
