    Hi Folks

As a new member, with one existing IP, i am wanting to be sure of structuring my future investments, in the best way possible.
My existing Ipis  cross collatorised against my ppor, which i have now reslised is not the best way forward, and its also in my personal name.
At this stage i am thinking a discretionary trust may be the best way forward from here, but really do want to talk to a good property accountant regarding this.
Does anyone know of a good property accountant in the brisbane area.
I really would appreciate any reccomendations, as we are keen to get thing in order before making our next property move.

    thanks

    John

    Hi John

    Welcome to the forum.

You should speak with Richard Taylor (QLD007 on this forum) – he’s from your neck of the woods and will be able to provide you with advice on structure.

    Cheers
