I have an investment property in Atlanta owned by an LLC incorporated in Atlanta. Is it neccesary to use an accountant that resides in Atlanta (for my state and federal tax return) or can I use a registered agent in any US state? Does anyone know of a good tax agent in Atlanta that specialises in real estate and is also a real estate investor? Has anyone used or heard of Pro Vision head by Tom Wheelwright (Rich Dad Advisor)?
