Who out there would be interested in boarding on a bus and being taken for a ride around the wagga area and being informed of valuable information on the housing market, whats in and whats not, whats hot and whats cold,
and or
a bus load of investors to discuss joint ventures
and or
a bus load of wont a be investors but dont know how to get started
and last of all what would you pay for this service.henry kate?
What are your credentials to be offering this advice? That would determine what it's worth. If you are not qualified and it's just a group of people it should be free or the cost of the bus hire. Or just meet and go in a few cars.
Do you have a buyers agency whereby you are selling properties visited? Sounds like Property secrets in Sydney if so. If that's the case it would be free.
Hi there Catalyst thanks for your feed back
other then personal experience i have no other credentials.what would i have to do if i wonted to run it as a business and teach others what i have already achieved or can you point me into the direction of someone who would know morepossibly need to hold a real estate licence.
Hi mentobe,
How many properties have you bought and sold in this area? What sort of new development is taking place in this area? Have you sold property previously as an REA? Have you mentored people previously? Have you run similar programs in other areas and what was your success?
Oh, just a couple of small questions, are you selling any property? Do you provide your own solicitor? What sort of kickbacks or commission are you receiving from agents or developers?
Anyone can hire a bus and point out the window at property and talk about how much money they made and charge for it, it is generally called 'a scam'.
Generally people who want to share ideas etc do so for free. Or worst case for the cost of the bus.
Good luck with your ride.

I don't think the bus is going to be a hit. However, do stick around and tell us more about Wagga – questions do keep coming up about the HC areas and buying CF+ out that way, so it's good having someone on the ground who can answer the questions…..but in the spirit of the forum, it shouldn't have to be paid for.

Good reply there Jamie,
I read some of your other posts mentobe and seems like you are very passionate about the area, stick around and share and become part of the community rather than try to add your name to the seemingly endless list of spruikers and marketeers.

Haha, you have to love spell checker. On a completely unrelated note – I was sending an email from my iphone today – the autocorrect changed the clients name to Seaboat……
