    Hey All,

I have recently become very interested in property and after doing some research and doing a lot of listening to videos and movies on the net i have decided that i like the idea of gaining a site finders fee just to get my foot in the development door.

But what worries me is that if i find a place and dont have the appropriate paperwork and info i may lose the site to someone else and therefore my hard work has been wasted.

Does anyone know of a site that gives a A-Z of how to do it or even a list of the 10 things that you need to have when doing ti.

    Cheers

    Rod

    Rob,

Here is a link to a Finder’s Fee contract that you can adjust to protect your interest in your commission. It gives you a baseline contract that you can edit as you see fit.

    Good luck!
