Does anybody know of an iPhone app that is capable of recording rental property inspections. I would like something that I can record the condition report on whilst doing inspections saving me time having to transfer my written reports into a spreadsheet or document.

Head to the itunes store and go to the 'Finance' section. Then it's up to you about how much you'd like to spend. I coughed when I saw the price of it, but there's one called 'Property Evaluator' that looks good.
Yep, the finance section has quite a few goodies.

Try Field Agent by apmasphere its free allows you to take photos and write coments and email them to yourself or to the owner
they also have a great forum for Property managers http://www.apmasphere.com.au
I just had a look in the App Store and the "property inspector" app looks ok. There's a "lite" version for free – why not give that one a go.
