I am new to property investing and to the forum.
I am considering purchasing in regional Victoria with the aim of achieving a positive cash flow investment through renting. Just wondering if anyone has found it difficult to find tenants in regional areas? Also does anyone know where I could obtain information about the average length of time rental properties remain vacant in particular regional areas?
