    Hi all,

    Currently living at home, however i have an investment property.

    Soon to get married and want to rent a place with my partner. I was told that i could get 40% tax deductible on the rent as i have an investment property. Could someone please shed some light and enlighten me on the matter.

    On the rent that you would be paying as a tenant?
