    Hi all,

    After my experience visiting Wagga Wagga, I will be visiting Tamworth today and tomorrow to check out properties.

    Any advice on the Tamworth area in general?  Streets to avoid, anything genrally happening there, prospects, etc.

    I am looking for decent returns, therefore the properties are likely to be in housing commission areas – but I'm looking for non-rough and relatively quiet and the 'best' areas there.

    Your thoughts would be good.

    Hi Ajay

    I haven't got any specific advice on Tamworth but would be very interested to hear your thoughts on the place (particularly in comparison to Wagga) when you return. These were two regional places that I looked into last year but ended up going with Wagga.
