    Needing a opinion on whether I should buy a Duplex about 18 months old  furnished and is rented . This will be our 2nd invesment just  not sure if Duplex's have good growth etc or would you advise to stay with purchasing Houses.

    Depends where it is.  I believe duplexes are listed as units in the stats in API magazine.  Perhaps take a look at what the stats say for units in that  township…
