    Hi everyone,
    I'm new to property investment and am looking at purchasing my first property this year. I'd like to invest in positive cashflow property in Qld and I'm mainly interested in houses.
    Does anyone have any good advice about potential areas where I could start searching? I'd be looking at a max of $350k.
    Any advice or suggestions would be most welcome!

    Welcome to the forum.

    I haven't been watching QLD for a while but there seems to be quite a few posts on the forum about Gladstone recently. If you do a search there should be a fair bit of info.
