Brisbane Northside best suburbs to buy

Hello,

I am looking at buying a house on Brisbane Northside, I was wondering where people think 'growth areas' are? or expected to be within the next 12 to 24 months. I have done my own research, but I wanted to compare my findings with other people who are in the industry or who have done there own research. If anyone is aware of any planned infrastructure projects that should boost an areas growth please list them below.
