Forbes NSW – anyone live there or invested there?

Was wondering if anyone lives in or invests in Forbes and can tell me about the rental market there?
I have done a quick search and there are not many properties available at all to rent…

I visited Forbes a few months back and was impressed with it as a town.

Can pick up decent houses with decent yields..

If anyone has any inside info to share about Forbes id be much appreciative!
