Hi Guys,
I am a first time poster, so things might sound a little strange.
We have 2 properties (buy, reno, sell) under the belt and a buy and hold in the UK. I've come across 2 great devlopment opportunities that am considering either investing in myself or finding an investor for. Has anyone else done this (finding a private investor) and what's the best way of finding either a private financier or a lender that will loan against "potential" value once completed.
