I would like to hear from some investors that put property under contract and then sell their contracts to other investors (using an 'assignment clause') for a profit.
If this is you, please contact me as your knowledge, experience and expert understanding of this matter will be greatly appreciated. I would even be happy to cut a deal with you on the first property I make profit on, in return for your mentoring.
