    Hi all,

    We are looking for investment properties in loganlea, Meadowbrook, Crestmeas, Brownplains, Marsden suburbs

    How are these areas for property investment in 2010 ?

    Especially Crestmead, Meadowbrook ?
    Any thoughts on these suburbs?
    Any good streets, any bad streets in particular to watch for?

    How are these suburbs for Capital growth using "Buy & hold" strategy?

    Target price range $300k-$350 k. Preferable early $300k, if possible.

    Any information & thoughts on all of these suburbs will be appreciated.

    Check out this weeks Courier Mail (20/11/2010) it has a suburb performance rate for the last two years!
