I have some regional IPs in different states, but none in capital cities. All very positively geared so far. Where do experts predict strongest capital growth over next few years? Next IP we want to get in a capital city, don't care which one, just want to decide which city has best growth forecasts and then go looking. I realise this will likely be negatively geared but that is ok to a point.
Suggestions?
