Hi all,
I am searching for a simple way to manage investment rental properties without incurring ongoing costs/annual fees.
Would anyone have a good property investment/accounting spreadsheet/workbook they are prepared to share?
(MS Excel preferably)

I was reffered here by another propertyinvesting.com forum goer. the spreadsheets here are great, i am sure you will find something you need. I prefer the knowledge shared here, however.
