Today QV published the list of the 10 best and 10 worst performing area for property in New Zealand. Gore as the top performer and many of the popular holiday destinations like Queenstown, Thames Gisborne among the worst!
Auckland, North Shore and Manukau are in the top list and that is because there is always demand for property in Auckland, lots of development, immigration, entertainment and I am sure the rugby work cup next year would push Auckland to the top of this list!
