    Hello,
    I am looking for a reputable "property savvy" mortgage and finance broker.

    They need to understand the property development cycle and have influential capabilities with lenders of all sorts.

    I need to do a quality check on my personal mortgage set-up aswell.

    do you have any influence when trying to get Construction finance etc..

    All depends on the rest of the deal.

    I have do own a property or two and have done 1 or 2 development deals (You read about in the August API magazine if you want verification) in the past……. so know my way around Development Finance.

    Hard to make a comment when you dont have any information.
