    hi

    I am seriously thinking of buying an IP in the following areas

    under 200 K

    preferrably rented out

    ballarat , bendigo , horsham , traralgan , wodonga

    any good buyers agents in the above areas – ur suggestions please

    does the buyer need to pay a fee and how does buyer's agents work – sorry still a rookie

    Hi Sri,

    I am aware of some reasonably good investments down that way (in one of the areas nominated). Are you limited to this budget or can it be stretched? Will you cross state borders for the right deal?

    Generally, a BA is paid by the buyer hence ‘buyer’s agent’. A BA must be a licensed agent.
