    Anyone know of a good property manager in the Coburg area?

    Try Anthony Gentile at Nelson Alexander Brunswick  ph9380 9755. He looks after 3 of my IP's and does a great job.

    Yeps… we have Jess from Barry Plant in Brunswick looking after our three IP's in Coburg, Brunswick West and Prahran!!
    I usually call her mobile, but the office number is 9387 0611.

    Once you find a professional, reliable and efficient PM that you like- stick with them…..
    Rare as hens teeth!!

    Let us know how you go with leasing your IP- we are looking at buying another one in the Coburg/Pascoe Vale pocket……
