    I have purchased an old brick cottage (regional area) and am renovating as well as extending it. I have the money for the reno however should I borrow instead for interest tax deductions and put my funds towards another property, mmmm

    More info required… wages, value of brick cottage, debt remaining on cottage, amount of liquid cash savings you have

    cottage price 90,000, needs reno, outright purchase no finance
    Loc Parkes NSW, near school
    1000m block
    Reno/Extension cost 100,000, currently underway
