All Topics / Heads Up! / Melbourne Meeting (APN) – Monday 8th November – Everyone Welcome
So do you don't want to renovate and don't have the time to develop?
But you want to invest in property and still have an active portfolio.
So you enjoy your job and have balance in your life already but you want to build your assets and investment portfolio so that you can enjoy the benefits in the future.
Or maybe you are looking to add a few passive investments to your portfolio to
increase the growth that you have been actively seeking.
Well come along to our 8th November meeting.
Dave Bradley is coming to tell you how to create a portfolio of growth performing investments.
Dave is an amazing property investor. Dave started building his assets with positively geared property along with wraps (when they were popular and banks made it hard for a lot of people to get a home loan), not a renovator himself Dave has also purchased investments to renovate add value through other avenues and sell on.
Dave Bradley now develops new properties in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and uses the buy and hold strategy to build his portfolio
