Gold Coast Property Manager

Hi Everyone,
My very first (ever) investment property is on the gold coast.  Since purchasing it way back in '97, the rent roll has been onsold 3 times and Im now with a property manager that I had not selected.

However I have given them a go and im finding they are just not responsive (just the simple stuff where they promise to call you and they dont, they dont return your calls, etc).

The unit is located at Mermaid Beach (just completed a reno on it and vacant) and Id be keen to know of any investors out there who have had a good PM for some time and would recommend them.  I can then complete by own due diligence.
