    I am in the process of buying an investment property in Chinchilla and need a conveyancer, any recommendations for that area?

    Sorry I think I’ve just figured it out, they’re a lawyer that assists in property transfer?

    Do you need both a Lawyer and a Conveyancer when purchasing?

    Thanks, and also I’m looking for any recommendations too in QLD (but Pelican Waters)

    Happy to refer you both to my Conveyancer here in Brissie as she covers the whole of Qld.

    She has acted for me on around 200 purchases and is excellent.
