    Hi all.  If a property is subdivided what sort of valuation could be expected for the existing dwelling. 

    What have people come across?

    Do banks do another valuation?

    Is there a dramatic drop?

    Does it hold its own with the new fences up and block tidied up?

    I know its a very general question but any feedback would be great.
