Need A good Mortgage Broker that can work wonders! Would like to purchase my 4th property but not able to get approved for the amount we want. Have tried a broker from mortgage choice and a broker from Aussie homeloans with no luck. If there is anyone who is or knows of a  good broker, pls respond to this forum…

Thanks for the wrap Terry (by the way anyone looking for a good Lawyer Terry is your man).

Working wonders depends on a many things.

It is course difficult to comment on the level of magic that needs to be peformed without actually knowing any of the details.

In saying this for of a lot Mortgage Brokers if it sounds difficult or complex often the simple answer it is "it can't be done".

    Cheers

I used Aussie homeloans once, and will absolutely never do so again.  After the property purchase contract was all signed, the broker sat on the paperwork for a whole three days before submitting it to the bank.  This was three days out of the allowable purchasing contract period.  That is a lot, in my opinion.  He only called me back after I expressed my displeasure very loudly to his PA and boss.  And then he continued to "vanish" and be uncontactable.  Awesome.  Just what you need when you're under contract.  Only got the finance approved in time due to a massive chasing effort on my part.

It might be a matter of looking at your current finance structure – working out if anything can be tidied up which will allow you to continue purchasing.

As mentioned above, it's hard to assess anything without knowing the numbers.

    Cheers
