    Hi all,

    just thought i would put it out there…I am moving from Perth to Sydney/Wollongong in June next year…and as I will have money tied up am wanting to rent a unit or house (am happy to take care of maintenance) and purchase at a later date (3-4 years later)…if you have a place or know someone who does…shoot me a msg, thanks (I know its a while off but some ppl like to plan ahead ;-)
