Can any one recomend a property manager in Annerley, QLD based on previous experience?
Surrounding suburbs include Greenslopes, Yeronga, Coorparoo, Morningside,…etc
No – but is a definte student zone…so good manager essential
Could try Yolanda at Sissons Real Estate. Not based in Annerley but do cover it. I have clients that use her and are very happy. Thinking of changing mine over too.

Thanks for all the feedback. Unfortunately i was in last stages of negoitating with the seller and then another buyer came along and outbid me and they signed a contract. So i am back to square one!
