I am thinking of investing in regional victoria Morwell. just wondering if anyone has invested there, any suggestions etc, i know there has been another topic on this forum but it seems too old, the houses are in the 150k to 200k mark and the rent is anywhere from 130-190pweek.. another question i had was is it better to get a 1-2 bed unit in the morwell CBD or better to have a 3 bedder a few km away from cbd. i know opinions differ abt units and houses, iam thinking whats better purely from a capital growth perspective in that area
