Hi,
I have an IP in Rothwell, Qld and am wondering whether to keep or sell. I bought in 2003 off-the-plan for ~$320k +costs (4br, 2bath) but it's never really done much, maybe now worth $400k @$380p/w.
Looking at the amount of new land being released in the area, such as Mango Hill, Deception Bay etc I can't see how this amount of supply will drive any growth for me (ir yield for that matter). Although the peninsula is often talked about as having potential and being overlooked, I'm not seeing anything that indicates high demand for Rothwell in particular.
Does anyone have a good knowledge of the area and able to assist? I may be better selling and investing somewhere else…
