Hi All,
May i find out whar are the available selling contracts with agents?
My understanding
1.) exclusive – which means only one particular agent represent me
2.) Open listing – any agents can sellPlease correct me if i am wrong, and also if there is any other types available? And what are the preferred method?

NitThere is also a sole agency which mean that you give the listing exclusively to one agency however you are still able to sell the house yourself without having to pay commission to the agency.
