Good morning everyone, am looking at buying a property in regional nsw that is 1300sqm. my brother inlaw owns the property that is directly behind and is the same size. It is right in the middle of this town (pop 10000 people). The property i am looking at is making $66 after all expenses per week and we are looking at the possibility (down the track) of demolishing the dwelling on the land and building approx 8 3 bedroom units that are torrens title. Was wondering if anyone knows approx associated costs with doing this? Obviously building costs would differ depending on where you are but council costs etc as a guide would be great.
