    whats does everyone think about the property boom , is it too much boom boom and are we in for a property burst ?

    There is not enough boom boom in my opinion.

    Hi obvious,

    First of all welcome to the forums.

    I would recommend that you search the forums for 'housing bubble'.  Quite a few threads will pop up for you.
