Im looking at buying in Cairns and would like to know if a unit/apartment or a house will have a better capital growth in the next 5 years.
If I buy a unit it will be Edge Hill, Cairns north, cairns city.
If its a house ive been able to afford in Smithfield and the Beaches.Appreciate your advice!
