    As you may be aware, the NSW Parliment has passed the 'Residential Tenancies Act 2010'.

    The new act will not only affect both professional and private property managers but also landlords and tennants.

    The Real Estate Institute of NSW had a number of information sessions on the proposed changes.

    The attached link will provide a free recording of one of those sessions.
